Preparing dosas using CHEFUD EASY DOSA employs an extremely simple procedure. The product can be stored in an airtight container in room temperature itself and it doesn’t need refrigeration. It has a shelf life of about 3 to 4 months. Since it is pre-fermented and dried, further fermentation doesn’t take place and hence the apt sourness required for the dosas is maintained.
